Time for Change
4 weeks ago I made a big decision and decided it was finally time to make a change. I have had enough! I have embarked on a weight loss journey.
I have never wanted my blog to be about weight loss, I didn’t really want to share my journey with the world. But now, now I am feeling like I want to. I am not going to share my numbers other than to say that I am losing. I am not comfortable with that yet.
I am on a very restricted diet right now, it is high protein and low low carb. I am eating the same foods over and over again, which is getting kind of boring but I am finding different ways to eat the items every day. I have my eyes on the end result, which is the only thing keeping me going. I don’t want to say that every day is a struggle but some days are, SOME DAYS really are. I have cheated once or twice (Frowning face) and I shouldn’t have. Especially since this is not a cheap way to lose weight and I heard about how I shouldn’t. My husband wasn’t very pleased with me.
As I go I am wanting share some of my new favorite foods. I have food a few new items that are quickly becoming my favorite. Since I am eating the same foods over and over again, I have to find new and different ways to eat it.
I am very excited to finally be dropping some inchs and I am so proud of how far I have come in only a few short weeks. I have a ways to go and while it will be challenging, it is totally worth it.
