Boston Red Sox Love
My husband has a love for the Boston Red Sox. I have posted many projects that I have put together that involve many Red Sox items. So much stuff in our house bares the Boston Red Sox logo and colors. We have even painted our rec room in Red Sox colors, it is in the process of becoming the Red Sox Fan Cave, as my husband would call it.
I found a poster one day that I really loved and wanted to buy for my husband because it was just so fitting. But once I realized the cost of the item, plus international shipping and import charges it was hardly worth it for me to purchase it. So I did what I do best, I made one myself
To make this you need:
- Access to a printer and Microsoft word
- White Cardstock
- An 8 X 10 picture frame
To make this I used Microsoft word. The first thing I did was to write the words
I love you more than the Boston Red Sox
Now the beauty of this is that you can make it look any way you want it too. I google Red Sox and used the logo for the letter L and then changed the font size and color to the way I liked it.
Then I printed it off onto the cardstock. I had to cut the card stock to fit into the picture and then I put the cardstock into the picture frame. That was it! Simple! It took about 15 minutes from start to finish.
I could have gotten fancier and painted the frame white and added baseball stitches. Or I could have painted it red or blue. But I like it better black, so I just left it.
